This image captures Frodeno on the Queen K Highway on Hawaii's Big Island, the legendary stretch of the Ironman World Championship course, a place synonymous with the extreme demands of the sport. Pohlmann's project looks beyond the documentation of athletic performance, searching instead for the person behind the extreme sporting achievement and his unconditional dedication to sport and life.
